ATV Riding

Saturday Ray took the kids riding at Rocky Ridge in Decatur. Trent, Nehemiah, and Isaiah now have dirt bikes so this was the first time they got to go play with them. They brought Jonathan with us too. He recently bought a dirt bike too but it's not running right now. So he brought his Polaris 4-wheeler. The twins went to play all day with Aunt Vette and Jada while I stayed home and slept.
The next day, we ventured out again, this time I got to go. Nehemiah chose to stay home, he said he had homework. :( This time we went to 360 in Ft. Worth. We didn't stay long, it's not a real track and it was extremely bumpy. I rode Jonathan's 4-wheeler and took the twins with me. Ray rode the Raptor. Trent rode his own bike. Jonathan rode Nehemiah's bike. Isaiah took Malachi and rode the little 4-wheeler.
On Wednesday, we all went out to Shady Grove Motorcross in Irving. Isaiah and Malachi took turns riding the little 4-wheeler and giving the twins rides. Trent and Nehemiah rode the big track. When the little ones were waiting their turn to ride, we read a book called "Cars and Trucks and Other Vehicles" and we played with rocks. First we threw the rocks then we used them as math manipulatives. Malachi and I practiced addition and subtraction using the rocks. Then we lined them up in rows of 10 and counted by tens. We had 120 rocks! You can see Seth sitting in the trailer counting the rocks in this first picture:
FUN WAS HAD BY ALL!
